Loving the reactions as always. Remember there's 5 mafia families in New York for each borough. Then New Jersey has their own family, but it's much smaller than the NY families. Sometimes Jersey does business with NY and that's the link between Johnny Sack and Jersey. Also please consider doing double drops for Sopranos weekly! It's hard to wait a week sometimes lol.

Interesting that you guys called Chris's stock venture "mini Wolf of Wall Street". One of the patients that Melfi was seeing in the motel was played by Terrence Winter, who wrote Wolf of Wall Street and created Boardwalk Empire. Everyone thought that he was going to be the heir apparent to David Chase, but another writer on the Sopranos ended up creating a show on the same level: Matthew Weiner, who created Mad men.

Suraj, there is alot of good Mafia Comedy movies. Analyze This (DeNiro/Crystal) is really funny, the sequel, Analyze That is terrible. Get Shorty is awesome and one the great mafia Comedies. Fantastic cast and a great watch. The sequel, Be Cool is awful but the Rock is damn funny in the movie. There are others mob comedies like Mafia! and Johnny Dangerously, which are both spoofs, The Freshman with Brando, Oscar with Stallone is very underrated, My Blue heaven is an unofficial sequel to good fellas, Married to the Mob is another great watch and Prizzi's Honor with Nicholson is a forgotten 80s mob movie.

LOL Chris's pussy line.

The mob movie tropes are cool. But the music is chef's kiss. Martin Scorsese-esque.

Sunday Rundown Sopranos 2x1 Navi asks the question Is Pussy fine and Chris answers it's an acquired taste but I say I love pink tacos. Also I'm stunned so many of you were confused that Christopher would hire some one to do an brokers exam for him but a great season 2 opener

Fun fact, we meet Carmine in this episode, who is played by the actor Tony Lip (Frank Anthony Vallelonga Sr.) ! If you've never watched the movie Green Book, he is played by Viggo Mortensen. Really great movie and a great story. Super awesome man who also played in Goodfells and Donnie Brasco

That line, 'How many people have to die for your personal growth,' hits hard on a rewatch. Janice is a great character because she's like a 'sane Livia' (if that’s even possible ), but you still love to hate her. Aida Turturro kills it as Janice and props to James Gandolfini for suggesting her since they had that worked together prior to the Sopranos. Chris is still messing up, but he's kinda like early Jesse from 'Breaking Bad,' figuring out what he really wants and how to navigate the life he’s chosen, and Livia giving Meadow her grandmother’s ring was such a classic manipulative grandparent move to get the kid against the parents. Even from the hospital, she's still trying to ruin Tony's life. But the best part of the episode for me was when Sil was doing the Michael Corleone impression saying, ‘ Our true enemy has yet to reveal himself’ then the cut to Pussy laughing was just genuis

Navi skipping the intro every time is infuriating
