In the 80s there was a period of time where ski movies were popular, Ski School which the lead in that is Drisco in this episode and Ski Patrol which has a young George Lopez in it, Better off Dead which has a ski race, Copper Mountian which has a young Jim Carrey and so on. This ep follows the narrative of all those movies.

2025-05-30 15:59:00 +0000 UTCTheres these old movies (81&84) Porkies and Revenge of the Nerds. You can think of them as an early version of American Pie. In one of those (I can't remember which, i think porkies but I saw it like 20 years ago) there is a scene where the 'prank' they're doing is to make a hole into the girls bathrooms and stick they're dick in it. I'm pretty sure this episode is a direct reference to that scene. Unrelated, but one of my best friends specifically only likes snow movies from the 80's. I've always found it funny when I consider myself cultured in films, that one of my best friends ONLY likes such a niche' and arguably pretty bad genre of movies.
