Hey Guys, congrats on completing You! What a great show this has been, one of my favorite shows of recent times. Just a perfect "popcorn" television show. What a ride its been! Glad everyone was able to be on the couch for this final season. Thanks to Marketa for coming back for the final season. Sorry to hear of all the negative posts that were happening in earlier seasons, online trolls are the worst but glad you came back for the final season, especially with Joes ending being what it was :) As for Season 5, I thought this was a great season and a perfect ending for the show. The season storyline was fun, had great new characters (Anna Camp deserves an award for her dual role this season), great twists and turns (Bronte catfishing episode 5) and the overall ending for Joe I thought was very fitting. Also, I just gotta say Penn Badgley has just been amazing this whole show. Without him, this show would not be as good as it is. The way he can just play this nice normal looking guy, charming and likable but then he is also just a straight up serial killer and will murder you is crazy. Such a good performance. He has too many great scenes to mention this season but from this final episode, when Henry tells him he is the monster, that was such a gut punch and Penn's acting during that is phenomenal. And then after when he starts crying and screaming saying "Why did I turn out this way, how did I become this person". Amazing moment and performance. Also I love the final scene of the show with Joe in jail. A fitting end for the character. As much as i enjoyed watching the show and Joe's adventure, it was right for him to be caught in the end. I feel that's a good ending/message for this series (glad there was no Dexter ending, sorry Pat lol). And the final line of the show is great. Joe reading his fan mail, contemplating society's fixation with serial killers. Perfect ending. "Maybe we have a problem as a society. Maybe we should fix what’s broken within us. Maybe the problem isn’t me. Maybe it’s... You"
