Roslin and Lee made the decision to leave the civilians that didn't have FTL drives, but I'm pretty sure there wasn't 50,000 people. I find this episode really subversive because to me, the Cylon's were stroking the egos of the humans, praising them for their bravery, but kind of mocking them at the same time. All they were interested in was to know that Sharon and the baby were alright.

Lee was arrested when Adama was still in charge, not Tigh. Adama hadn't been shot yet, Lee was already handcuffed when Adama got shot. So don't put that on Tigh. Also Adama did stage a coup and arrest the President. It seems like you guys are blaming some stuff that happened under Adama on Tigh. There's plenty of blame to go around, on both Adama and Tigh.

Everyone including him kept saying Adama wouldn't have ever declared martial law like he didn't arrest the president. Adama always knew that it could come down to locking down the fleet by force and he was willing to accept that. For every Adama there's a Tigh, for every President Rosalyn there's a tom zarek and for every Starbuck there's a scared kid doing their best. There is however only one Gauis Baltar lmao
