2024-10-31 14:45:07 +0000 UTCI agree with 4 being a weak movie but i thoroughly enjoyed the 3rd one. The deaths were creative and the choose their fate sequence in the movies were cool too and it was interesting how in photos showing the clues and misdirection on some of the deaths

2024-10-29 22:10:10 +0000 UTCIt took everything that worked in the first one and built upon it. The plot is tighter, the connections to 1 are purposeful, and the narrative progression watches like unraveling a mystery while riding a roller coaster. And the Rube Goldberg death scenes have effective misdirection and keep you guessing on how they will end. The series peaked with 2.

2024-10-28 07:51:18 +0000 UTCPlot hole with Brian’s death. Rory saved Brian which meant Death had to come back around to kill him, but his life never would have been endangered had the Route 23 survivors died in the pile up. So essentially, Death killed Brian because Rory saved him from an accident that wouldn’t have happened if Death didn’t mess up in killing Kimberly and the other survivors. Death be trolling 😂

2024-10-28 06:57:19 +0000 UTCThe pregnant woman in this movie Isabella Hudson (Justina Machado) also played a pregnant woman in Angel 2x1 😂 Both plots revolved around their child being the critical piece in the story or foretold to be some great figure 🤣

2024-10-28 03:12:46 +0000 UTC3 and 4 are the weakest, I think. There are some interesting death scenes but both movies as a whole are not nearly as interesting. Part 5 is really good actually, I was pleasantly surprised by it. I beleive the guy who directed part 2 also directed part 5, David Ellis. He was a stunt Coordinator for film before beocming a director and thats probably why the death scenes seem so well done. Do not get me wrong, the other ones are really good but 2 and 5 seems to flow damn near perfectly when it comes to the elaborate death scenes.

2024-10-26 21:39:55 +0000 UTCCan we get the saw movies after this. They get a bad reputation for being to bloody but their story telling is amazing.

2024-10-26 20:13:04 +0000 UTCFun Facts Originally, Devon Sawa was to reprise his role of Alex Browning in this film, but a dispute concerning his contract with New Line Cinema could not be settled. So the had to write him off. Originally they had use real logs for the opening catastrophe, but they didn’t bounce enough for that scare effect, so they used CGI logs. The car Evan drives is A 1987 Pontiac FireBird The Accident on the highway was based on a real Pile Up that happened on Interstate 75 in Ringgold,GA on March 14th, 2002 with a total of 125 car piled up. Alex ‘s death was gonna have him die from a flesh eating bacteria but went with the brick instead. When Nora tucks Tim in at night, dimming the lights, his face is illuminated with a skull outline, foreshadowing his death. There is a myth that when a bird hits your window, somebody you know is going to die. Nora's death is based on a real life incident: Dr. Hitoshi Nikaidoh, a surgical resident at a Houston hospital, was decapitated by a malfunctioning elevator in 2002. The doctor's shoulders were pinned by the doors, which then allowed the ceiling to slice off most of his head as the elevator continued to move upwards. When Eugene tried to commit suicide with a gun, the gun had six bullets in it, which marked him as the sixth survivor to die. According to the book, the fire that kills Clear and Eugene was originally started by a birthday cake. There’s a lot of stuff from this movie and the other movies I’ve looked into and I’m glad y’all are watching it and can’t wait til y’all watch the rest of the movies number 3 is my favorite
