[Art Update] Seras Character Design+Nude Stat Icons

This time we've got two different "items" to showcase. The Character Design for Seras and some WIP icons for an upcoming stat screen UI.
For the icons these are just lineart for now and will stay that way until we finalize the UI. This is to not waste resources in case there are any needed changes.
Beyond these items work has already begun on the next full H-CG and WIPs can be currently seen on the discord.
