Slight Delay on Snorkeler+ 0.0.16 RC Release

Crazy month for us and I am mostly caught up from the emergency.
However, I want to delay 0.0.16 RC release for snorkelers by a few days.
Going to try my best to have it out tomorrow.
This is partly due to what happened but mostly because there is some additional work I want to do on it. Mostly QoL stuff.
I apologize for not having it out on time.
Oh and Scuba Divers and up should also be getting the high quality renders later today as well.
