Sadly over the last week or so, everyone decided to get sick. Highly irresponsible, if you ask me. I didn't get sick, I just had a birthday instead.
despite that, we have begun to turn our attention to math stuff for the battle system. We've had some ideas about how to program it which should allow us some freedom with weapons and the unique effects some might have.
This was also the perfect time to rethink how some stats work, and I'm really starting to love the battle model. Some things still need to be passed by the whole dev team (since most of them are snotty and incapacitated and unavailable to hear me ramble on about defense threshold and resistances), but once we're settled I'll let you guys know of the design changes. They're not massive, but I think they're cool.
