2023-03-16 22:52:05 +0000 UTCbro im usually watever about dub and sub. code geass, death note, naruto all got good dubs and ive watched both. still more sub than dub for them but dub is good too. however the bleach dub is just not on par like the other shows. sub has so much more oomph to their voice for this show. we all know what we want to hear in the japanese

2023-02-14 06:58:46 +0000 UTCShinigami means "angel of death". Its the grim reaper. I think someone else here already pointed out its what the soul reapers are called in the Japanese version. I think Suraj has said he's seen Death Note so maybe he's confused on that shows' interpretation of Shinigami where they look more monstrous. But they are all in effect the same reference to the grim reaper mythology. They are entities that claim souls after death. I believe Shinigami does not have the negative evil connotations the grim reaper has though.

Every time it plays I think of Chad, gives off spanish vibes. Karin (Ichigo's sister) voice actor is Sakura. You can really hear Sakura in this episode especially with her yelling at Chad while he's laying on the ground lol 😂 & Uryu's voice actor is Shino.

Don't blame them since he has such a comedic tone and you wouldn't expect him to be Sasuke's VA. Glad you put this comment I hope they read it on next week's Sunday rundown lol. Ichigo's dad's VA also voiced Uvogin (HxH). Can't wait till they hear Jiraiya and Neji 🔥 easy voices to pick up

I think I saw a video of him say he watched older anime growing up but not too many even though he was a fan.... I may be misremembering a little but it was something like that. He does his own drawings of newer anime characters and posts videos of them on youtube. Don't know if he still does that or not but it was around a year ago or so. Chris may be interested.
