I get the business thing. That's why they should just do it for premium. $10 a month is a fair trade for being done with content years before the other tiers. They can keep this going for as long as possible on YouTube while letting those of us willing to pay get through it faster. It's perfect as is right now.

I get the need... and they have been recently. But think about it from a business perspective. They should want it to last 3 years. Why would they want to plow through a show that people are watching on their channel? Then it's gone and they gotta find new people to watch.

I get that fuzzy. I'm mostly in the same boat, I hate trying to sync videos. Huge pain. But I figured I'd just let people know in case they were foaming at the mouth for it lol

All the uncut links go straight to their website. So just click on any uncut link, and then once you're there you can look for what you need. Their website seems to be pretty easy to navigate at least

I don't watch uncut. I don't have peacock, and even for stuff I do have, I don't have time to sync stuff up and watch entire episodes of stuff all over again so the cut reactions are much better for me.

@Josh Something else would just be displaced then. You seem to think that recording videos is literally all they do 24/7, as if there are enough hours in the day every day for a group of people to get together for several hours. You can make all kinds of arguments, but at the end of the day - you want a lot of schedules to be completely rearranged JUST so you can see something a few hours sooner. I mean, it sounds kind of insane to me. Just do something else for a little while and wait. It's called patience.

You are getting the newest content as soon as it comes out. You are asking them to delay content even more just so it comes out earlier on the day they promise it rather than immediately when it is ready. You are literally demanding all premium content a day later just to appease your own simple brains.

I just don't know why they don't record their videos sooner. It feels like the editors are always down to wire on these uploads

A lot of this has to do with the Parkinsons Law as well. Work will fill the time allotted for it. Even if, from now on, premium access gets delayed by 24 hours to give the editors leeway to be on time every week, I'd fully expect we'd start getting delays again within a month, lmao

@Josh Wouldn't that be worse though? Then people would complain that they're paying more but getting things a day late. People need to learn to live with just a little bit of uncertainty with upload times.

My question would be then, if its such a close call between the editing of the premium videos and the upload date, why don't they just move the upload date to tomorrow to give their editors more time and have less inconsistency in when the video gets posted. This would also help with expectations as they would be able to upload at basically the same time every week since there's more time to edit

As the other commenters have said this comment appears every week. The$10 premium you are paying for, is mainly to get episodes in advance of youtube. I'll use the office and clone wars as examples. For the office yt is at 3x3 early access is at 3x4 and premium is at 3x13-14. You're paying $10 to be 10 episodes ahead. For CW, yt is at 6x1-2, early is at 6x3-4, premium is at 6x12-13. They still upload the day of. Premium takes longer because it's freshly edited. Early access they just change the date. Why deprive $5 people, just so the $10 ones get theirs first.

Early Access is posted earlier in the day because they were already edited and ready to go back when they were available as Premium reactions. Meanwhile, new Premium videos are fresh off of recording and editing, so any little delay in any step of the process will directly translate to a delay in posting. Shit happens. I don't know why some people struggle with this idea.
