2022-12-19 16:00:53 +0000 UTCSam Witwer, the voice actor for Maul in Clone Wars, brings up a really good point as to why the Clones were brainwashed into doing Order 66 rather than all of them doing it voluntarily. When Palpatine gives the order to the Clones, they automatically refer to him as "Lord Sidious" or "My Lord". There's no way that they could have known that Palpatine was a Sith Lord without being brainwashed in the first place

2022-12-16 18:00:45 +0000 UTCLoving the double-episode releases! For all I know, you guys may be many episodes ahead, but the next arc (6x5-6x7) is 3 episodes. It is the only odd-numbered arc left. All the other arcs are 2 or (mostly) 4 episodes.

2022-12-16 17:18:04 +0000 UTCFor backstory on Sifo-Dyas, read/listen to "Dooku: Jedi Lost" and "Darth Plagueis". The Plagueis novel isn't canon anymore, but almost nothing in it is contradicted by Canon, and it's just a great book overall.

2022-12-16 16:34:41 +0000 UTCthey did Obi Wan dirty with his show. the show should've been with him communing with the Force, learning from Qui Gon in the cave, reliving the past, being haunted by a doomed future, etc. Instead of being a glorified babysitter where he's told to "pretend this didn't happen" in the end so that the other movies could happen... lol it was fine, but it didn't need to be a show.
