Added 2021-01-15 08:34:25 +0000 UTCUhhh as far as the rarity thing is concerned I have no idea how to balance that, so I don't really know if an item can be considered uncommon, rare, very rare, or legendary.
Either way, just gauge that yourself and use in DnD games if you please. You might see the item pop up in future chapters, you've already seen the chain before during the witchhunter library raid.
