2022-08-25 21:51:23 +0000 UTCThis had me rolling. In all seriousness, periods in general can be agonizing. The cramps are the worst of if, but it can accompany nausea and upset stomach. The worst of it can consistently last for hours at a time and span across days. It's debilitating for us who have endometriosis. To me, for at least the first day, I feel like I'm getting a thousand mini shanks and punches at the same time in my lower stomach. I usually get waves of nausea, sometimes I throw up and get an upset stomach. I had no idea they have period simulators.. Holy shit.
