2022-07-07 09:03:56 +0000 UTC1.The third hokage still has chakra because he is a reanimation, and reanimations cannot run out of chakra. They have an unlimited amount. Which makes sense since they cannot die and running out of chakra would cause them to die. 2.Chris is correct, Karin is a sensory type, which is why she can sense Sasuke dying even from far away.
