The top 2 teams are inarizaki and itachiyama, it was cut from the manga but that was the final and since inarizaki is ranked 2nd that means itachiyama won last nationals. To remind you, remember the guy in the training camp with the face mask and germaphobe? He is a top 3 spiked in the country like ushiwaka and plays for itachiyama. This was mentioned in season 2 ep 11, and season 4 in episode 1 and 4. Itachiyama also has Komori ( the libero you saw in the youth camp the one with the weird eyebrows) and it was mentioned in season 4 episode 9 that Komori is the top libero in the whole country. Sorry for the long message but hope you guys read it
