So sad the goodies have watched the last episode of The Good Place, but happy you had the chance to experience it together. Looking to the future, I think Ted Lasso would be a great show for y'all to watch together next. The group name even writes itself, the teddies!

That’s when he dug it out and returned it to Michael. Like that episode where she finds the wallet in the bar.

The song is called Speigel im Speigel by Arvo Pärt. I snuck it into the final scene of a tear jerker play I directed not long after this aired. It’s a really beautiful piece. I also listened to it when I had to put a pet down so that probably contributed to the tears.

Whenever the three of you are ready for the next round, I'd recommend something a little older like M.A.S.H. (death isn't exactly a theme, but it's ever-present) or Cheers (gives you a flashback to Ted Danson's first major role).

2022-05-04 00:09:09 +0000 UTCReally enjoyed rewatching this show with you guys. It's one of my favorites. Doesn't seem very popular for reactions, for some reason. An interesting next show to consider would be Pushing Daisies. It's on-theme for this trio because death is a major theme. The first season is one of my favorite seasons of television. It's gorgeous and funny and quirky with a lot of mystery. The second season is good but the writer's strike kind of fucked everything up and the show ended and they had to wrap things up a bit too quickly. But in its short run, it managed to get 17 Emmy nominations and 7 wins. It's definitely worth watching.

In the traditional trope, w the angel and the devil, the good angel sits on your shoulder, whispering in your ear - the energy hit his shoulder. ❤ Fab finale! Everything was perfection, but Michael's story end was my favorite. Plus that final line is so hilarious and beautiful. ... I adore Michael Schur, he always takes it home.
