Is Hinata "Boke"?

This will be good for Hinata. He has the raw talent and potential to be a top player. It only makes sense for an athlete like this to be surrounded by top players in order to improve his/her game, just like real life athletes with the same situations. Hinata reminds me of a rugby player named Ma'a Nonu, who had the raw ability (though unlike Hinata, Nonu had the right size for a rugby player) but not much else, he didn't how to pass, when to pass, make defensive reads, and can't kick for shit lol, but he could run people over in attack and defense (like Hinata with his spikes). Nonu still made the New Zealand All Blacks surrounded by the best of the best in NZ and managed to learn all the skills needed for his position, eventually winning 2 rugby world cups years later. So who knows what will happen with Hinata lol What's definite, is how realistic and relatable this anime is. Haven't read the manga so I can't wait to see if the anime continues all the way, to what under 19 or 17's, international rep games lmao but that might be a bit much.
