2021-11-25 11:50:44 +0000 UTCSome really good backstory on Raikage and Killer Bee's relationship. Raikage's stance on Bee and Naruto going to the battlefield makes sense. He hasn't seen Naruto's progress since he begged him to forgive Sasuke. Naruto calling out Raikage for talking about his dad was pretty cool too. And I don't know if people realise how impressive Minato was here. Not only is Minato moving/reacting faster than Raikage's top speed (which is relative), but he cut Bee's tentacle without any strength amps and with a regular Kunai (a feat that gets more impressive later in the show). There's also the indication that Raikage being older is somewhat already in his prime, while Minato isn't (He isn't Hokage).

Personally, the bonds that are more adoption-based like theirs... where you got to choose your family... have tended to feel more meaningful to me.
