Sakura is very smart indeed. Of her class she is second only to Shikamaru, and she scored very high during the theoretical part of the Chunnin Test. Without cheating or using skills to gather information, she answered by herself.

Remember, Madara declared war BEFORE Kabuto offered to team up with the reanimations. This tactic must have been why he was so confident. He fully believed he could beat all five shinobi nations with just his Zetsu's and his own powers.

Just stopping, mid-pee, is too much to ask of someone who's suddenly being attacked by a friend with a knife. That being said...they can walk on water, jump dozens of feet at least, and you don't have to stop peeing to not get stabbed so it's still embarrassing. Also, remember Reanimated shinobi aren't in their own bodies. I.e. reanimated Nagato doesn't have his original body from when he was alive, just the appearance and abilities of it, so Madara having his eye is irrelevant(to that).

to add on to the comment above. The reanimation jutsu revives the ninjas at around 80% strength and in the case of Nagato's rinnegan, its a fake rinnegan so its not as powerful as it was back when he was alive.

Guys Nagato got both his rinnegan because he was revived but Madara has the original ones with him
