They won't be able to play each other unless they both get through their prefectural finals and make it to nationals. So Karasuno would have to win this tournament, the Miyagi Prefectural, in order to go to nationals, where they then could possibly play the winner of the Tokyo Prefectural (whether that's Nekoma or Fukurodani, or one of the other Tokyo teams. We don't actually know yet who's making it through the Tokyo Prefectural finals).

2021-11-03 07:25:21 +0000 UTCThe tournament we’re in right now is the MIYAGI prefecture inter-high and whoever wins the finals gets to go to the spring national tournaments. Nekoma and Fukurodani (bokuto’s team) are both Tokyo schools so they are enrolled in the TOKYO prefecture inter-high. So they won’t meet at all since they’re separated by prefecture but they’re all fighting to get to the spring nationals where all the finalists get together.

Fun fact, for Suraj and Mickey since I know they’ve seen some of MHA in the sub, Ennoshita is voiced by the same Japanese VA as Kirishima. Likewise, Asahi and Tokoyami, Tsukishima and Shigaraki, and of course Nishinoya and Bakugo all share the same VA’s respectively. There’s a few more overlaps in the show, but that’s at least Karasuno’s players.
