2021-10-06 08:51:45 +0000 UTCIt was always overrated, but it started with an interesting concept and was decent. But yeah, it went from ok to awful. Big Bang Theory was a hit too. A show being popular doesn't make it good. Sometimes hit shows are awesome, like The Office and Breaking Bad, but sometimes you get Big Bang and Glee.

2021-10-05 17:51:13 +0000 UTCfirst 4 were very good, but at some point, zombies (very loud zombies) sneaking up on people, finding a "new" safespot, and getting into a dispute with another group gets repetitive. The writers wrote themselves into a tight spot very early on in terms of world building, making it impossible to really change it up or make progress in it.

Yes, it's no accident and a little on the nose because of religion playing a role in the Reaper backstory and his PTSD, and motivating a lot of his behaviour and views about brothers in arms and traitors. Yes, he's a zealot. No, he did not name himself Pope. Though he certainly lives up to it.

I definitely agree that from his point of view, killing them all would have saved him a lot of trouble. I also love that they brought up the Satellite Outpost again and the fact that Gracie was a Savior's daughter.
