Even if Clone Wars had 700 episodes, the normies wouldn't up the number of eps they watch. The Haikyuu fanbase get's spoiled rotten by the editor though. Last season it felt like Dustin was uploading a double drop every other reaction for us lol. Sometimes it can also depend on the editor 🤷♂️

2021-09-18 09:36:12 +0000 UTCYeah, Palapatine is so charismatic, and possibly uses the force to influence others, most people love him and are prepared to accept any explanation he gives for what he does, with that and the fact he was given emergency wartime powers, he can do basically anything he wants, and that's before using any separatists to cause problems to push what he wants to happen in the Senate. Also, Coruscant is so big and crowded, not many people probably even heard about the attack, at least not until much later. As a side not Coruscant has so much built on it that when the planet ran out of space they just built up and built another layer of cities over the planet, and repeated when that layer ran out of room. I bilevel at the time of the Clone Wars, the top layer is layer 7, but I could be wrong.

One thing I recently read from Dave Filoni and George Lucas about the Zillo Beast is that it actually knew Palpatine was a Sith so to make the episode sadder, it was trying to warn everyone that he was a bad guy...but obviously it’s a giant rampaging animal and can’t communicate it in a way they would understand : https://www.cbr.com/star-wars-zillo-beast-warned-coruscant-about-palpatine/
