Biwako's VA is Mona Marshall. She typically voices young boys in all the anime I've seen her in, which might be why she didn't immediately come to mind, hearing her as the voice of an older woman. In Naruto, specifically, she was the voice of Inari. :)

10:21 I mean Naruto is related to the Senjus already coz he's a Uzumaki who share Ashura as their ancestor with the Senju hence being distant relatives. Technically Hashirama's wife is a very distant cousin of his but it's so distant that it doesn't even matter as they are like, idk maybe 50 or 100 generations apart coz the Sage of Six Paths is a very old legend considering if it's true. Also Mito has the same thing as Tsunade on her forehead maybe coz Tsunade is Hashirama's grandchild and she learned that jutsu from her or find out about it that her grandmother used one such jutsu. It makes sense since the Uzumakis lived long as they had high amounts of chakra and probably knew how to store it as well to heal themselves which Tsunade uses to power herself up and also look young.

He’s been portrayed as nothing but this evil demon force of nature for the entire series up until this point. Naruto’s entire character has been about how people hate him because he has the evil 9 tails inside him that attacked the village. I’m not saying he is evil but at this point in the story we’re not given much reason to believe otherwise.
