Okaka (dried bonito) = No, Negative feelings in general Shake (salmon) = Yes, Positive feelings in general Tsunamayo (Tuna Mayo) = this is Toge's favorite rice ball filling, so he uses this word when he wants either to convey something important or when he refers to people he likes. Tsuna (Tuna) = he uses this to say things like "wow!", "look", "oh no". It's a word he uses it as some kind exlamation. Takana (mustard leaf) = generally used to grab someone's attention, can also be used as "are you alright?" or "leave it to me" depending on context. Mentaiko (Spicy Cod Roe) = what he says before fighting, it's some kind of yell, to get himself fired up sjsjjss. Konbu (Seaweed) = I think it really doesn't have a meaning, he just uses it a lot to reply to people, so ig it's something like "i understand/see" "ok" Ikura (Salmon Caviar) = to ask or mention someone else Sujiko (Salmon Roe) = something he says when he's shook, something like "my, my", a general statement.

That means that he still could have, and almost definitely did, enhance his attacks with cursed energy like everyone does because only a curse can exercise a curse. It’s just that he didn’t use a curse technique like gojo’s limitless or megumi’s ten shadows.
