Definitely confide in at least one person in your life. Family member, closest friend, counselor, at least someone to speak your mind to. Otherwise itβs a very quick downward spiral in self destruction with keeping everything inside and secretive

2021-07-01 19:19:35 +0000 UTCI would have told at least one person and lied to most everyone else. I think keeping something like that completely to yourself would drive you crazy
