I know you can’t do it for the reaction, but i recommend a rewatch of the end of the next episode with headphones on. They do some tricks with sound that are *very* effective with headphones (in both dub and sub).

Even the gruesome bunny death, it traumatized me for life and I will never be able to look at a bunny ever again, but I still love this episode. Subaru has been dealing with everything by himself and being able to freely say it without the fear of dying. To me it was a very emotional moment and I admit I cried a little. This is one of the best shows in my list, the lore and every aspect of the story is amazing. I applaud the author for his brilliance. 👏🏻🖤👏🏻🖤 I am also very happy that you guys are continuing it and I hope by the end of the season you still want to see more, if there is another season, lol.

Like the other day for an MHA reaction I was trying to comment on the patreon post and I commented and at this point I tend to refresh my page to make sure it is still commented. I did that and it was nowhere to be seen. I had copied it just in case so I paste it all over again and make the comment. I refreshed multiple times and every time my comment would be gone. Patreon has a few problems that can be really damn irritating. Imagine you spend a few minutes making a comment for something that you think is important. For example, explaining important points or details about an anime. You post the comment and come back to patreon later on just to find out the comment is nonexistent as if you never even made it. Time and thoughts wasted typing a comment that can't get posted. Sometimes I thought maybe my comments were getting deleted by some of the creators I support but I didn't understand why that would happen in the first place. Glad to know it isn't only happening to me.

2021-05-27 09:02:44 +0000 UTCIt's not really twists there two important things to understand...... One this show has a lot of lore and the author put a lot of thought in the world building. This is something I had to come to understand this not a simple story it is very complex, with a lot of moving parts. Two, there are multiple things happening at once. This show sort of plays with your attention. It hints stuff that seem like minor details that you over look cause even crazier things are happening that catches you attention, you might forget that detail altogether about time it becomes relevant.........Then later that minor detail blow up in a crazy way a season or half a season later and the show build off it, that minor detail becomes a bridge to other plot points.

You actually gave it a google search and just because the mystery genre isn't in that simple little google search that automatically means it can't be prominent in the mystery aspects? Micky does not have a point. He is complaining about it having "twists and turns" and thinks they are pointless when multiple "twists and turns" have been explained and serve an actual purpose for progressing the series. The series literally starts out with tons of mystery as well. You literally know nothing about everything that this show throws at you in the beginning. He doesn't understand why things are happening therefore he has a problem with it because he can't allow the show to follow things through after throwing those curveballs. What kind of series would this be if it just barely added in something you wouldn't expect? It makes it more interesting and adds onto the story when you can throw these weird things in that have no explanation yet but follow up on them later and explain the purpose. It especially makes it great when some of those things are a mixture of shock factor but also add onto character development and also adds onto the lore of the world.

It is a little annoying with how he can apparently just take everything a little at a time and not get hung up on stuff with other shows but not seem to give rezero the same type of treatment. The guy says he wants a normal episode without twists when we literally have gotten a few of those episodes already and if he is patient enough he will get more. (This isn't hating on him and I haven't watched this reaction yet)

2021-05-26 23:18:42 +0000 UTCIf I recall, Micky likes LOST (not too surprising, given Suraj is his friend and they have similar tastes) which has similar approaches to lore reveals and plot twists as Re:Zero does. I find that both shows handle their gradual and suspenseful reveal of mythology really well, too. That he is able to take Lost or AoT with a grain of salt, but seems to get hung up on stuff here doesn’t seem like he’s being fair to this show. But I still enjoy these reactions, no doubt.

So I'll say that the show also falls under the mystery genre. Cause you can't tell me u don't have lots of questions about the show.

AoT literally falls under the mystery genre. For re:zero to have more twists than Titan had in it's first 2 seasons, says a lot. Micky has an argument to make here.

Contrary to what i just said, this is my favorite episode of the season by far lol. Also any Echidna x Subaru shippers 😏 i was feelin it this week.

Yes lost of twists can make you desensitized to twits in general, but I don't think that's necessarily a fault of the show. For me personally it just deepened my interest and again I gave the show the benefit of the doubt that at least the more urgent of those questions would be answered later. To make it even shorter, yes all of those twists made me expect more of them in the future as well, but I expected them in a good way. But man Mickie if you want a more straightforward show, hate to break it to ya, but you ain't getting much straightforwardness from this show, at least until you get some answers and even than it can be argued that it still ain't straightforward and that it's still big old knot but with a bit of an explanation as to how it was tied. I think that you might not enjoy these twists so much, because you didn't really like the show that much much to be invested to a level needed to pay attention to all of the twists. I'm not saying this in a bad way, I was very much like that with death note and much more people like that show than re:zero.

Apparently the rabbits went inside his anus, and the rabbits tried to go through any human hole possible for the them to fit in, and basically was getting eaten from the inside and outside (Rabbits went inside his mouth too). Also when he came back from the teleport (Inside the Sanctuary with Emilia right next to him) after eaten by the rabbits, Subaru started to have seizes of the traumatic death he just went through😬😬😬. All explained and shown in the LN...

I don't get how you can say that about re:zero, but be fine with it in a show like invincible at the same time. well especially in hindsight of how things progress with season 2 all this gore actually makes sense, while with invincible it's basically just for show(not saying that that's bad)

The relief that Subaru felt when he was able to tell someone about Return by Death was heart feeling. Just another why this series is most most favorite. A OMG WTF fact: The Web/ light Novels went into a more brutal description of the bunny scene. Supposedly the rabbits entered his body through his mouth and up his 'rear' end and didn't die till the rabbits ate through his skull to his brain. Also: Patrashe threw Subaru over the barrier, which activated the crystal. She knew she wouldn't get to the barrier, so she sacrificed herself to throw Subaru over the barrier, which Garfel tried to chase him but ended up crashing into the barrier and having his soul separated from his body.
