The reason Karin keeps saying Sasuke’s chakra is different is because he is fighting with more intent to kill. Even Suigetsu said it himself “this was the guy that warned me not to kill”. Before he had only the want to kill Itachi and never explicitly killed innocents. Even when they went to capture Bee, Sasuke had no personal grudge against Bee and still showed care for his team and only went for his target (put the Cloud ninja under genjutsu). Here is is mercilessly killing and not caring about who gets in his way or who feels repercussions because he is after Danzo who is the epicenter of his hatred and the reason for the Uchiha’s fall. He is essentially consumed by hate.

One thing I feel people forget about Sasuke is that Sasuke's morals are pretty jumbled now. He always thought Itachi was a heinous man and so he tried to be less like him hence why he didn't want to kill because he would be like his brother. Ever since he learned the truth Sasuke now has to deal with the fact that a mass murderer like Itachi wasn't just some 100% evil villain and that killing people is not off the table anymore. As seen with lots of people who say Itachi is right for murdering his clan, Sasuke is now seeing that if enough reason is there killing people is fine. He didn't even kill the samurai until it was clear that they were trying to stop him and even vocalized that an attack would lead to an all out fight.

Key thing to remember about Sasuke since a lot has happened since we last actually stayed with him on the show. The change in Sasuke occurred when he learned about Itachi. In that time we've only seen him go after Killer Bee, however he had no grudge against him specifically. Right now he is going after Danzo who is the cause of the destruction of the Uchiha clan so not only has it festered, his anger and hatred are definitely seeping closer to the surface out of proximity. This is very likely how he would have fought had he managed to attack Konoha before Pain did.
