Although most people hate that Naruto is fixated on saving Sasuke and took a beating for him, it's expected after he learned under Jiraya and his quest for peace, battling Pain and learning Nagato's story, and talking with his father the 4th. Omoi sums up Naruto spot on, someone who never goes back on his word.
