Loved these two couple of eps!!! And yeh, Im confused on the filler eps lol. Ik Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato's backstory is all CANON, but maybe the fillers added more to the backstory??! Overall, I remember watching Pain's backstory arc, and it all being very very interesting and amazing! Sucks to see that Pain Arc about to end🔥😭🧡Top 5, if not, Top 3 best arcs ive ever seen in anime so far!!!

It's a funny joke but... I do think it's dumb to actually mock talk no jutsu in favor of fighting. Yes, I want fighting cuz it's an anime. BUT, the talking is exactly what we're incapable of doing in real life. And people have been pointing it out a lot lately. It's only gotten worse over time to the point where if someone were to call it out, people would actually now start to argue that we DON'T need to talk. We just need it to be OUR way or the highway.

CHRIS You're not at the middle in terms of episodes, even if you eliminate the fillers. You're ALMOST at the middle if you eliminate fillers. Plot-wise I'd say you're about 2/3 of the way through (Shippuden), just that last 1rd is extended is all.

Sasuke at this moment is still stronger than Naruto.... Dude has awaken his Mangekyou Sharingan, and has the abilities of Amaterasu and Susannoo. Sasuke is literally the perfect counter to Naruto. The Bee who fought Sasuke would have one hit Naruto. He has perfect control over his Jinchuriki and Sasuke still gave him trouble.

Such a powerful moment, always contrast this with what happens to Gon vs. Pitou in Hunter x Hunter. If Naruto gave into his anger , hatred and just killed Nagato right away (understandably so) he would only start becoming a monster himself, like Gon does at the end of the Chimera Ant Arc. Also highlighted to me the importance of having good role models & mentors; no one can do it on their own; if Naruto didn't have Minato to stop him or Jiraiya's faith in him , he also would've ended up like Gon, who wasn't so lucky to have that type of guidance in his life (looking at you Ging). People making fun of Naruto for "Talk no Jutsu" don't seem to understand how much strength/emotional resilience that takes, or how a lot of progress in the real world comes from having uncomfortable , difficult conversations with people who you disagree with (or even hate). It's easy to react to your anger and fight/kill/enact revenge, much much harder to take the higher road for a greater purpose, to take the time to understand that person's perspective or what might have caused that person to act or become that way in the first place (especially with what Naruto went through). That's on some next level greatness. Not saying we should expect everyone to get to that level, much easier said than done, but its certainly worth striving to get better at. To keep finding healthier ways to deal with the pain and anger that we all encounter in our lives. Much love

Pain literaly wants to do what the world is doing right now. He wants all big nations to have destructive weapons that can obliterate whole nations which creates the fear of using those weapons hence limits the possibility of wars. We live in such world guys and yet we still have proxy wars which is exactly what Pain said that even if he gives all nations destructive power, peace will never be permanent. Sadly to say, there will always be new hatred being born from peoples' actions. That is why he says, there will be always pain.

You know that sasuke can still one-shot naruto with the amaterasu right? And he still has access to genjutsu that naruto sucks at.. Im not saying sasuke will definitely win in a fight.. Im just saying its a very close matchup. Plus naruto didnt fight pain fair and square.. tendo pain was on cooldown at the first half, naruto had intel on pain, and yet naruto still lost and got saved by hinata and the nine tails.. you know just saying.. in a fair fight not naruto, sasuke, or even killer bee would defeat pain alone.

It just goes to show that people can watch something like naruto but not truly absorb the deeper meanings. Or they shift and twist those meanings so that it can fit their current ignorant world view. Same happens with the bible, and other art/media. If something truly challenges the worldview of many, those people will dismiss it or claim that those meanings actually meant something else. Its tragic. Like Navi says, the only thing we can do is physically/emotionally feel what other people have gone through to truly understand their perspective. But for now the best thing we can do is just empathize to the best of our ability.
