Here in Indianapolis, we have a bar called Ball and Biscuit, and that's all I ever think about when I hear Stringer pick up his work phone. (It's not because I am an alcoholic but because my brain runs 100 miles/hr when I have to sit still lol).
Let's imagine for a second that Avon and String live completely different lives and are business partners. They can do anything and be anywhere in the world. What would this B&B stand for and what do they do?

Avon has a connections to both boxing and basketball in The Wire which could make him a solid talent scout and his charisma would translate to the promotion part of the business while Stringer would be able to use his business skills to handle being an agent for the athletes and/or oversee the legal sports betting books and numbers.
