2021-03-02 21:07:41 +0000 UTCI didn't vote for him, but to play devil's advocate, he has a fantastic overall 5-season arc, Frankie Faison is one of the best and most theatrical actors out of the whole cast (which is saying a lot), and his character reveals surprising amounts of complexity--which is to say he might be consistently an asshole, but when the show goes more into the political storylines and seeing him have to deal with his superiors, it shows you how the system creates people like him.
