His analysis videos and essays are constantly debunked in the comment section or Reddit threads, and he hardly ever has a counter when people point out how badly he’s chosen to misinterpret something. She isn’t connected in the same way. She didn’t have feelings for Bertholdt but it’s implied she might for Armin. Wether or not Armin’s feelings are affected by the shifter connection has no draw on Annie.

He just likes her, if anything knowing more about her through Bert's memories made him understand and like her even more. And yes it didn't just come out of nowhere. Even back in S1 there has always been AruAni moments. Annie spares Armin as she smiles at him. Annie wanted to be a "good" person for Armin. Armin being bashful and shy when he was younger wasn't really comfortable or could possibly understand his feelings regarding girls. But clearly he has realized he has feeling for Annie. (Spoiler for future manga chapters) You can't say Bert liked Annie therefore Armin likes Annie. Then, explain why Annie really likes Armin now, but she didn't like Bert the same way? You can't explain it because there is no correlation.

2021-03-01 13:56:15 +0000 UTCGiven that Eren had weird "memory-dreams" immediately in the very 1st episode (before the titan-eating incident w/ grisha) & the revelation of S3 with memories even traversing space/time, I wonder if its the same w/ emotions. I can't tell if Armin had feelings for Annie from the beginning but its possible he was more perceptive of her existence through berthold mainly from the fact that he's gonna absorb his memories in the future. Its possible these aren't Armin's emotions at all, which would be quite sad & frustrating.
