We haven't gotten Zeke's perspective yet. The point of my entire comment was to explain that Zeke is not a Marlene loyalist. He has his own objective, and there is imo much more to the character. I mean it's been 4 years since those baseball games guys. A lot can happen.

Zeke being a traitor to Marley isn't that far out of our realm of belief. I love that Suraj re-watched past seasons while watching the current season. He (as well as Ketty and Chris) seem more open to the idea that Zeke was playing Marley, while Nahid/Micky just remember him for being bloodthirsty titan that enjoyed murdering the scouts haha. I believe Zeke has a much more complex morality than that. SN: I have not read manga beyond this point. So no spoilers if you know the answer to this question.
