I think itβs just affection among friends - I have a lot of close male friends and act the same way and I often grab at the person closest to me when something exciting happens on screen or even just when I am talking (not that it matters either way)

2021-01-05 23:06:22 +0000 UTCOne thing to remember about Helges mom is that she is a woman who survived WW2 Germany. She likely has lost every person she has ever cared about and it's not unreasonable to think she may be a rape survivor as well given how prevalent that was at the end of the war.

2021-01-05 00:49:41 +0000 UTCI don't agree with murder of a kid but, he just confirmed he went back in time, had evidence Helge is involved with this, saw young him collecting dead birds but I will say for Ulrich in that moment was almost the equivalent of going back in time and meeting baby Hitler. Since his own child is involved almost anybody would go off the deep end. Which brings up the age old question of would you kill baby Hitler?

But when Helge was dragging Yasin's body out of the bunker at the end of last episode, while the priest was cleaning up the blood -- that was 1953 (no blue room) when the dates were written on the wall. The bodies were just taken to another timeline to be disposed of last episode. They were discovered this episode. Presumably both were killed in the blue room in 1986 based on your previous assumption with the 80's themes. Best reaction so far! Love it!

Ulrich alway did that to Helge's ear - if you remember that is why older Helge freaked out when Ulrich tried asking him questions in 2019 in the nursing home. Helge heart rate starts spiking and he begins to say "It was him. I know you. It was him" (as if remembering what Ulrich did to him)

2021-01-04 14:48:06 +0000 UTCWithout spoiling this show for newcomers, so many of these scenes have new meanings and connections to them that I am realizing now after watching the final season!! This is a great show to try and unravel the mystery but surprisingly I enjoy it even more after multiple viewings despite knowing what is coming because I am still picking up on new things!
