If Lucifer/Satan was the highest angel then chances are he would either be a 4 faced angel or one with multiple eyes. Also, I don't want to sound like a perv or anything, but multiple eyed angels sound sexy AF.

Lucifer was the angel of light therefore his wings are shining white. Amenadiel are actually grey and I think represents his serious demeanor how he does God's biding and is more of a middle man for everything going on. You will see more angels in the upcoming seasons, and the color of their wings are different, sorry for that small spoiler.
