I love how that ending of him being drawn to his neighbor just shows, he's a sick human being that will never change. He has everything he's ever wanted: a woman who loves him, a child on the way, a beautiful house...a perfect life in his eyes. But he will always look for a new "love"/victim. I honestly LOVED the irony that Joe was immediately disgusted by someone who has done things just as terrible as he has. He is essentially disgusted by himself. Brilliant. Also I really want to thank you guys for reacting to the show, even if you didnt like it as much as I did!

Him suddenly falling for his neighbor isn't as random as you think too, since he clearly fell out of love with Love. He said it himself this episode, he can't protect his daughter if he isn't in love with Love, but that doesn't mean he actually truly believes that. If he truly were in love with her, he would never have been interested in his neighbor.

Season 2 hits the same beats as Season 1 but I think you guys are really sugarcoating Season 1. The only good side characters Season 1 had was Peach, outside of her everyone else was either pointless comedic relief, incredibly stupid, or both. Season 2 had Delilah, Ellie, Forty, etc. actual entertaining characters who all have their own problems they deal with outside the main story of Joe's and we can actually follow their point of view while still being entertained. And Joe himself has actual gut punching moments in the story, like his time with the acupuncture, or the acid trip re-enactment he did with Forty, or the entirety of the last two episodes and him coming to deal with Love.

Good job Suraj!!! I could tell you figured it out in episode 8, way to go!! I KNEW Love was coocoo, she was way too into him too fast and she was definitely stalking him a little in the beginning.
