I'm usually with pat ... but this time its a no. That was definitely not an arc for homelander 😂😂😂😂. I agree with nahid he only showed restrain because it was in public. Look at season 1 when he left the kids on the plane. He didn't take the two kids because the public would find out what happened so he let them all die. If he knew he could get away with mass murdering those people and chose not to, that would be an arc.

Fun fact since I been reading the comic: stormfront (in the comics) is Homelander’s biology father and he is considered the first supe, also he’s a former nazi.
