The bounty offices are like underground organization that keeps tabs on a shinobi s value for his country or Village. They are allowed bu all goverment because while they hurt one country they also hurt others. The goverment also allows them because killing a real high level shinobi is impossible for most shinobi and not losing high level shinobi is important low level shinobis are Canon fodder.

Kakashi created the chidori because he couldn’t add lightning nature to the rasengan. Chidori is the result of his failure to do that so he made a new change in form combined with lightning to make the chidori.

As far as the two other teammates of Asuma and Shikimaru they've been shown for sure but i'm not sure if they've mentioned their names more than once. It's a bit of a running joke about how when you google "who are those two guys from naruto" those two pop up.

Yes Naruto has, according to Kakashi, 4x more chakra than he does. But most of his chakra works on suppressing the ninetails. If Naruto's chakra didn't have to suppress the ninetails chakra, Naruto in his normal state would have 100x more chakra than Kakashi (according to Kakashi). So in reality the ninetails is limiting Naruto's potential by a lot.

Not really, cause watching the fillers would have made whats going to happen more impactful. Cause as of right now there is not that big of a connection between them and that character. Or at least that was my take on it

Chris the reason S is above A is because in the Japanese Education system they added S above A to motivate students to strive for better than an A since S seems more special. So for their grades its 100%-90% is S, 89%-80% is A so on and so forth. This S A B C D F grading system bled into Japanese culture such as in their video games and anime.

I would point out that the way its worded could easily be interpreted as "oh he's just really powerful" or "this is the first time I've been paired with someone stronger than me", they didnt explicitly state immortality. Suraj just immediately jumped to that (accurate) conclusion. Being "unkillable" very rarely means someone is literally impossible to kill.

Naurto always comes up with cheats whenever he tries to learn a jutsu. With the toad it was using the red chakra, with the rasengan it was creating a shadow clone to do it for him. There is always a cheat.

For all ninja to become well known throughout the ninja world means they have completed a lot of missions and killed a lot of enemy ninja along the way. Take Kakashi for example he is very well known, meaning he has killed a lot of ninja from other villages as well. It is probably not out of the question that another country might put a bounty on his head to get revenge, weaken the Leaf overall by taking out one of its best ninja, and it to get his body and harvest the Sharingan for themselves. These bounty places are probably like the middle man. They collect the bodies, confirm its the right person, and pay the people who brought them in. They likely store the bodies and ship them off to the people or country that put the bounty up so they can confirm its the right person and do whatever they want the body for. The country or person will probably pay those bounty places their cut for getting the body, which keeps the lights on for the bounty places. Hell the Leaf probably has their own bounties out on people too, which explains why haven’t shut them down despite knowing where they are. It just seems like one of those dirty underbelly that all the ninjas and ninja villages used.

To answer Navi's questions about the bodies, I think Kakashi explained it early in OG Naruto. Shinobi bodies have to be disposed off quickly because that's how other villages get closely guarded Keke Genkai. Also remember Orochimaru has a forbidden resurrection jutsu, I bet others know it too.

Yeah you guys are right, Naruto naturally has a lot of chakra hence why Kurama was put in him. Most of Naruto's chakra is used to suppress the nine tails.

Pretty sure they did the math on their own before they started the show. Also, they try to do triple drops at the end of the month. After skipping fillers, they have about 2 years left to complete the series. It's a long series you can't expect them to finish it in a couple months, and they have other shows to keep up with as well. Maybe one day we will get a mega-drop!

Every village has a bingo book that consists of shinobi from other villages. It was stated way back in the Zabuza arc that Kakashi was on the Mist Village’s bingo book simply because he was an elite shinobi from a rival village. The Akatsuki is an international organisation so they’re listed in every nation’s bingo book. As for who wants the Guardian 12 dead, well obviously enemies of the Land of Fire.

My assumption has always been that the people who put bounties on these high class ninjas are the enemy villages...i think even Zabuza had a bounty....
