i still can't believe this movie lost the best sound editing oscar i saw this in theaters but it wasn't packed but my mom had popcorn and whenever she'd eat a piece it was SO LOUD lmao when we left it was so hard to adjust back to normal volume of things the sequel was supposed to come out a few months ago but got pushed back due to covid bc it's a movie that needs to be seen in theaters, which i agree with tbh.

Great reaction guys. Ya’ll have amazing chemistry and this was definitely one of the best recent films you could’ve reacted to because it offers so many ‘moments’. I think the parents were actually rather smart and resourceful and diligent aside from a few mistakes. I definitely wouldn’t have done better in the same situation. I especially loved Pat’s “not scary at all” as he hides behind his hands and Rana’s constant “I can’t handle this”.

I loved this movie so much. Mickey, to answer your thought - in the theater, this was one of the most tense movies I've ever seen. People weren't even eating their popcorn cuz it was too loud lol, it was absolutely silent in the theater I saw it in & that made it even tenser; amazing experience. Also, the actress who plays the deaf girl is deaf. Please consider reacting to the sequel's trailer! #Peaky

so to address her being pregnant during this time: accidents happen and I always guessed that they didn't plan to have another baby but when you're in a survival type situation, you can't live your life in survival mode 24/7. I'm sure they needed to do something to take their mind off their situation, hence why the kids were playing Monopoly in one scene. I remember watching the scene of them dancing and being romantic for the first time and thought: see? this is how you ended up with another baby! lol
