2019-11-28 20:43:44 +0000 UTCNever really comment on here but this series is special to me so I thought I’d just point out that I noticed they didn’t seem to appreciate this episode the way I did or some other reactors have. I thought it was one of the best episodes in the series. The interesting fight at the start, then the whole sequence with Kite was just really something else. I felt emotional af when Gon was getting hit and hugged him, and then it felt awesome to see Gon so angry and ready to take on Pitou. Then you have the Morel moment which was amazing only to be followed by the Killua moment. Finally the end of the episode drawing the lines was epic. Idk why but they didn’t seem to get into it all that much. It seems like they just wanna be done with this show at this point. Maybe the slow burn style is why and they watch it so spaced out a lot of the time

Deep Purple is basically infusing the air he breathes through his pipe with his aura, and anything he makes out of it is basically reinforced air, the purpe smoke is actually what he's trained his refined aura to look like and he can make it take other colors and textures. Morel is the man, one of my favorite characters.

2019-11-20 22:58:10 +0000 UTCOh yea definitely. I was referring to this episode though.. when Gon was charging up his Jajanken, after Morel told Gon to think about what happened to Kite. Around the 13:15 mark. Killua touched Gon and he stopped. I guess it still is a little different :)
