He has always seen himself as a lesser student that 1-A but this proves that he ahs the same intentions as every student in the class thus making him equal to them as well.

That's one of my favorite aspects of this show. There are features of many characters' power that could be seen as "weaknesses" but are often really just opportunities for development. It's a smart piece of writing to give yourself future opportunities to make significant improvements to a characters' repertoire while also making them more faceted and "incomplete" earlier on. The viewer's mind starts racing with all the potential!

Agreed. Aoyama doesn't get enough credit for his part in saving Tokoyami at the training camp. That attack was so clutch and perfectly aimed. He did exactly what he could and his timing was impeccable. It was at that moment i realized Aoyama isn't just some self-centered attention grabbing fool. He has a brain. He will probably always been underestimated but that just means he's always capable of surprising you just when you least expect it.

Some people rag on Aoyama for hiding in this episode, but I genuinely think he has some degree of PTSD after what happened during the training camp. Sure, he came in clutch during that too and essentially saved Tokoyami and almost saved Bakugou, but that was still such a dire situation to be in. Remember, even when visiting Midoriya in the hospital, he still seemed pretty shook (probably also really concerned that the others wanted to jump onto ankther dangerous situation, of coursr). So to be thrust into such a chaotic situation not long after that attack, I really can't blame him for struggling and reverting back to hiding after being separated from everyone else in 1-A.

I wanted to point out in case you guys missed it. Aoyama is pretty much handicapped. He’s grown up with an unstable quirk and he needs the belt to control it. This is why he feels inferior to his peers and why his dream is to be their equal.

Take your time season 4 so far has been slower than season 3 which was much slower than season 2

For me this when I started liking Aoyama. He was my least liked 1-A character until here because he seemed so oblivious and one note. With just one flashback I learned the arrogance is just show and he knows just how low his skills really are. In one act of him wanting to sacrifice himself for Iida because he felt he was holding Iida back, showed me he actually does care about other people other then himself. It was minor, but it made me rethink Aoyama as a character.

It made me think, if she willingly chose to do that, then does she intentionally keep her invisibility active at all times cause that in itself is also done by her bending light in a sense, for her to remain invisible. And that lowkey why some consider her the U.A. traitor despite how obvious it is to chose the "invisible person".

And now we know all of class 1A real quirk...Toru's quirk is actually light reflection, which is the reason why she's invisible...it can also explain how she could pass the first exam, by overloading the targeting system of the robots with her light reflection move...Now the question is 1. If she does it too much, does she become visible. 2. How much and with how much focus can she use that move !

We see once more...Bakugo, Midoriya with Momo have the most versatile quirk of the whole class 1A...they all have potentiel and Ururaka is close to their level of versatility, being only limited by what she have around her, but they need to add more to their arsenal...The other 3 can do close and long range moves, and use their quirk in other ways...

People act like Aoyama is the weakest in the group...i believe they all have potential if they become more creative or change their costumes...in season 2 he showed he could shot his lasers in other part of his costumes...also he seems to be able to propulse himself with it...i don't know...jet punch or multiple blast attack ! There is real potential ! He just need more confidence !
