Also I wouldn't lump the pre-King training and Naruto's Rasengan training in with Snake Way which was filler i.e. not manga(the former two weren't) and didn't serve a narrative purpose. Also, they can't "bring everyone" including most of the hunters because they said it just strengthens the ants via consumption. The queen living is also realistic to how real ants which can live for days even after being decapitated.
