I'm late, but Clash is really good! If you're going to watch any movies, just watch Clash. It's filler in terms of plot, but the animation is mostly hand drawn/traditional (rare nowadays, with noticeable difference), and really well done.

Best choice (if you want to honor the poll results) would probably be to watch the movie on your own time! BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT ARC. And while you’re at it, maybe give 102-106 a watch on your own time too. The episodes aren’t that good imo, but they play a small role in the next arc, and you’ll be a tiny bit confused in episode 107 when a character recalls those event. (If you decide not to watch 102-106 then remember, any scenes in 107 that do not ring a bell, forget them, imagine they weren’t there.)

The first movie definitely is one of my favorites. The only thing I dislike about Naruto movies, and anime movies in general, is that they're often just well animated filler. One off villains and settings that we'll never see again. Worth seeing, but it's up to you guys. You're not really missing any story.

Look the main reason people don't want the normies to take their time and observe good Naruto material if it's not canon is because we're moving at a slow 2-episode pace per week. If you end up watching any filler or movies, don't take spend a full week dedicated to it and nothing else. Release it as a separate medium for the fans in addition to the weekly episodes. Maybe watch 102-106 on your own time or something. There will be scenes in 107 that won't make sense without watching the next filler, strangely enough.

Yo fam, I know most of ya'll just want the Genin to get to the good stuff quick, #TSRAHYPE!! but one of the reasons I want them to react to the LoS movie is because I want to steer them in a path where they can experience the ups and downs of each aspect of the show. But the movies are correlated with anime/manga canon in terms of timeline, especially this one. They won’t see it the same if they watch it after the end of Naruto. The other two pre-Shippuden movies though take place after the final arc so it makes sense to watch it then.

And this is their only chance to watch LoS BEFORE 107. The events of the movie take place before the final arc and their perception of the movie will be different if they watch it at the end of the series (and there’s no guarantee they will). The movie is only 1 hour and 20 mins long, barely longer than an episode of Black Mirror or one of their live action shows. It will mean just one more week before we get to 107-109. This is the ONLY movie that has what this movie has - none of the others do. So please consider everyone 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The Land of Snow movie is AMAZING in terms of animation, action and pacing. It has all the things the Normies absolutely love about modern anime. After recently rewatching it, I can’t believe at all the movie came out in 2004. Please watch it in its dubbed version if you haven’t before before deciding here! Tonally it goes perfectly with 101, and if they watch 101 and LoS for next week then we’ll get a triple drop for 107-109 the week after! Those three episodes are best watched together! If they’re broken up it’ll feel like having the Lee vs Gaara fight broken up. The momentum will be lost.

All Naruto movies are filler and dont contribute to the Show at all EXCEPT FOR THE LAST. Which is Naruto Shippuden into Boruto so you have time. Still though, there are some good ones that i would recommend watching later down the line
