It can be really frustrating when they don't immediately agree, but hyping things up too much almost always leads to people being disappointed. I personally think that part of the reason I love it so much is due to knowing and hearing nothing about it, I had zero expectations and so the show blew me away with how good it gets. If I was told over and over that it is the best thing ever I might not have had that experience, and I say that as someone who considers this my favorite show of all time.

With some then hired by the government as privateers and pirate hunters when needed. Even Blackbeard was pardoned, until he got bored with law abiding life.

2019-10-14 23:04:54 +0000 UTCEven as a Black Sails fan (it is literally my favourite show ever) these hyperbolic comments are starting to grate. Black Sails is a great but underrated show. However, if you hype things up too much, you turn people off. You can't just have a fandom of zealots, normies (pun semi-intended) are also needed to like not make it very weird. Trying to turn people into hardcore stans with "oh ho ho, just you wait until Black Sails surpasses Shakespeare's works as the greatest work of fiction ever created!" is going to turn people off and rightly so. Especially people watching along with this channel for the first time.

She wants to move on with their lives but his anger and sense of dignity prevent him from accepting a pardon and essentially apologizing to England. Man's rage and pain are powerful motivators. And Randall!! I'm glad that at least some of you consider him fam lmao.
