New Sales Tax Requirements

Recently Patreon sent a lot of notifications about new taxes that will be applied starting from July 1st and they suggested the creators to warn their patrons about this.

As far as I understand this is a :
- Mandatory taxes that out of creators control
- Amount of taxes depends of where you live
- Patreon already collecting additional taxes in EU and this new ones doesn't add to what they alredy collecting.
