I personally think that its the new deal patreon is doing that might be driving away some of your business and would suggest playing the wait and see game for when things sort themselves out.

Also, but it is up to you of course, I have seen other artists put up there art for sale on t-shirts and other similer merchandise. Maybe you could look into putting stuff up on For Fans By Fans to get extra money. To be honest, I would love to see your unique art style on products.
