Bob Cat Ear - Drafting Film - Focus Video

This is number one of three focus videos this month - all the same subject but on three different surfaces.

This is on drafting film - I feel the easiest surface for this kind of subject.

Image, line art and materials list attached :)

Hi Veronika, sorry for the late response. I would go either drafting film or pastelmat if it were me - probably pastelmat actually. Pencils it doesn't really matter on drafting film, although Ithe polychromos work better with erasing - you can erase little layers, whereas if you erase luminance for example the whole lot comes off it that makes sense.

Hi Bonnie, I love what you are doing. I've been asked to draw a basically white long haired cat. I'm wondering what paper to use. Would drafting film be the best option? And what are the best pencils to use on drafting film, wax or oil pencils? Thank you for all your helpful videos. I've learned so much. Veronika
