It's still rendering the HD version so the quality is a bit low at the moment.

I've used white pastelmat board for this one - lots of techniques for getting lovely smooth textures, plus the head is a great one to practice your white on white.
I've created you a line drawing - lots of details on this if you need it, I always suggest you create your own though so you know which line is which :)

Yes of course - it's the same surface, you might just need to smooth out a little more :)
