Quick Update…

I hope you all had a lovely weekend - weather here in the UK has been lovely and warm and I've finally got my kitchen kind of up and running - still no electricity - fingers crossed the electrician will turn up some time today!

For those who are interested here's a before and after so far :) 

There's still loads to do, can't paint until it's all finished, and then the garden is being started next week. It's been a long time in the planning - was supposed to start last year but then of course everything was delayed. 

My studio re-fit is scheduled for July, which is exciting :)

I'm working on a couple of portraits for a June birthday at the moment, and as soon as they're finished I'll be starting the Bald Eagle - he's all drawn out ready, and I'll be submitting more of the drum horse as well :) 

The work on my Academy is well underway, I'm story boarding some of the content at the moment, I had my photoshoot which was fab, I was very nervous as I don't like my photo being taken, but really happy with how they came out :) I have new colours and a new logo which I'll share with you very soon - it's all very very exciting :) Particularly the fact that everything will be searchable, have subtitles, an audio file and downloadable transcript, the searchable part is particularly amazing as it will enable you to search over my back catalogue of videos and find key words that will take you to that specific part of the video! 

I sent my last edits off to the publisher for the book - the front cover has been finalised - they wanted to use the two labradors I drew back in 2018, but I was really worried about having something on the front cover that wasn't available in the book as a step by step - so - I recreated it :) 

Personal development is key and my personal development is something I have always worked on - I'm currently working through a course which is enabling me to bring better ideas and content to you all which I'm really enjoying :)
