February Beginner's Tutorial - Black Lab

Black fur is loads of fun to draw, but comes with all sorts of challenges - highlights, shadows, colours. So this month's beginner's video is all about the black fur colour, and what better subject than a black lab. I had a black lab on a recent poll, which didn't get through, but it's stayed on my list as I think it's a great subject to really go back to basics with.
The tutorial won't be any less detailed than usual, but will be more indepth. I 'm thinking of creating this one on a hot press paper, most likely lightfast as it works so well with erasing techniques.
This will be coming nearer the end of the this month :)
